DEADLINE:

The scholarship deadline is March 12, 2023 (Postmark must be no later than March 12, 2023)

THE APPLICANT(Criteria) :

The applicant must be or is a graduating high school senior who has been accepted to an accredited college, university or trade school.

Is a full time (12 credit hours or more) student presently enrolled in an accredited College, University, or Trade School.

All A-PLUS members in good standing are eligible to apply for the scholarship if all criteria are met.

Has an accumulative grade point average (GPA) OF 2.5 (B)) on a scale of 4.0 GPA.

Must provide an official grade transcript.

Must compose an original two (2) page type written (1000 word maximum) essay identifying their career goals & objectives. Include in written essay examples of community involvement.

Provide two letters of reference, one from a current professor and/or teacher and one from a non-relative.

Include a professional business photograph or school ID photograph (passport or wallet size) with application.

Must use the official application form provided by A-PLUS for 2023.

Must be sponsored by an A-PLUS paid member in good standing for 2023.

Applicant must be a family member of an A-PLUS member in good standing.

All requested information must be provided to the A-PLUS sponsor who will verify applicant is an A-PLUS family member.

The A-PLUS sponsor will submit all required documents to the address listed for the scholarship.

All information must be provided to qualify for scholarship consideration.
