National Convention

The National Convention is a meeting of the membership and is held annually. The National Convention shall rotate from region to region, annually. The membership shall determine the time and place of the next convention. While this event provides an opportunity to conduct the business of the organization, it is also a networking opportunity with postal officials, A-PLUS membership from around the country, and other organizations. The convention provides an outstanding educational forum, seminars and training on career development, the state of African-Americans and others and the Postal Service are just some of the topics presented at the annual event. The content of seminars is designed to provide educational tools to both the novice and the more experienced postal manager and craft employee. Additionally, nationally known speakers are invited.
