Virtual Bingo

A-PLUS VIRTUAL PARTY WITH A PURPOSE BINGO DETAILS 

Here is your chance to have your registration paid for the 2023 National Convention in New Orleans. Detailed Information is below. QUESTIONS: Contact cwider1010@aol.com 

RULES OF PLAY – To Play you must be a member in good standing 

1. Check YOUR emails for the NEXT Bingo session (Search YOUR emails for “Party with a Purpose Virtual BINGO”). 

2. Bingo card prices may vary for each date scheduled and range from $5 – $10 per card. The same cards are used for each Bingo game. 

3. The number of games will be determined based on the number of registrations received. The more cards sold the more games! 

4. Winners of each Bingo game will have the winning dollar amount applied to their registration cost for the 2023 National Convention. The winning amount cannot exceed the cost of full registration. 

5. Winner’s cannot transfer winnings to another A-PLUS member. However, any member can purchase cards or sponsor other members. The cards will be purchased in that members name. 

6. In the event there is more than one winner for a game, the game winnings will be split equally among the winners. The prize pot for each game will not exceed $180. 

7.Winner’s will still be required to complete a conference registration form. Additional items such as A-PLUS shirt, souvenir add, extra tickets must be purchased and are not included in the Bingo prize winnings. Registration forms MUST BE COMPLETED BY March 1 or winner will forfeit prize… 

8. Once a player reaches $180 in winnings, they will not continue to play during this session. If you are a winner from session 1 or a winner from the popcorn fundraiser, you may purchase cards for other members. The cards purchased must be in that members name. 

HOW TO PLAY – GAMES ARE PLAYED VIA ZOOM 

1. To play, please an email to cwider1010@aol.com and specify following: 

a. Number of cards you would like to purchase 

b. Name of player (can be yourself or someone you are sponsoring) 

c. Your email address OR email address of the person you are sponsoring, phone number and chapter affiliation. 

2. Upon receipt of your email you will be sent an invoice requesting payment for the number of cards requested plus a $1 service fee to cover the processing cost. 

3. ONCE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED A ZOOM LINK. PLEASE PRINT OUT THE ZOOM LINK. YOU WILL NEED IT TO PLAY. 

4. By 3PM the day PRIOR to the event, you will receive your BINGO cards via email. Be on the lookout for an email from Bingo Invite with the subject: Bingo Game Invites from cwider1010@aol.com. It is recommended that you print your cards.
